Newbie. need help wiring amp

Ok guys this is my problem. I have a mtx 4250D class D and two subs 4ohm dvc subs. I like to know how can I wire my subs to get the max power out of them. I already looked at the wiring diagrams but I just don't understand how to wire them to the amp beacuse there are two + and two - coming out from the amp and in the diagram it only shows to connect the + & - to one side only of the amp. How do I do this? Please help me out.

those two terminals are bridged internally. Its really just one terminal with more places to hook up wires too.
