You're a loser because you claim to know stuff when you clearly don't. You continuously throw esoteric terms in your posts acting like you have the technical knowledge to discuss advanced concepts, but when push comes to shove you can't deliver.

You apparently give a rats ass about everyone knowing about your degrees since you bring them up quite often...Unfortunately it's clear you haven't retained any specialized skills and even with your dubious claims of EE and CS degrees your subject matter knowledge is at best on par with anyone who's taken freshman level Physics and passed.

Wow! You can cut holes in plastic and pop in a couple tweeters. Did you at least dampen the metal behind it and deaden the plastic?

No sound deadening behind the tweeters. And I had installer guy mount them. Yes it was easy but that's what I was paying him for, we agreed.

And they sound pretty amazing! Glad I got $640 PHD comps! Because we boosted them up 3/4 inch on birch plywood speaker rings the PHD drivers can interfere with the plastic cover so I'm gonna have installer guy (he owes me a day of warranty work TBA) cut holes in the cover to keep that from happening and I'm contracting with Alexander in Russia to make me some cool aluminum speaker right above the PHD drivers, giving them plenty of room to excurse!

Nope he didn't do it(no surprise there). Paid someone to do it. So much easier than doing it himself.

Mutherfucker doesn't even know what speaker wire is I bet. I bet he pays someone to do his job for him at work.

Yes it is now isn't it? Do you do ALL your own automotive work? I used to back in the 1980s when I drove and worked on a LOT of old aircooled VWs! Much easier just to pay a trusted professional. Glad I have the money to do that finally!

Know what speaker wire is? I used to make my OWN speaker wire!! Out of heavy gage lamp cord! Had the cabinets I built to fit in the luggage compartment behind the back seat of a Beetle housing 8" Bozak aluminum cone drivers with coax tweeters! And drove them with a 35W Kenwood graphic equalizer/booster to them and they ROCKED!

I had that argument with Tom who lived across the street when I was a kid growing up. He said a McDonald's hamburger was the best food in the world and I said lobster was. I have always had lobster tastes in most things, food, s e x, my entertainment, etc. So I know what good reproduced music sounds like! I was even listening to the CD portion of the test CD I'm still waiting on on Baby II's system! TODAY! Wow what great system test music! Each song testing some specific sound reproduction accuracies! How do I know that? Because I know good sound reproduction! And now I HAVE IT!!!

I'll give it to you; you likely have loud and fairly clear. But if you think you have good sound reproduction get an RTA done and post the results. As an engineer you should appreciate objective measurements. Even then your time alignment is all sort of farged up with that many point sources spread in that large of a spatial distribution.
