nice amp. i used to ran mine at 2 ohms daily and then .5 comp. they didnt like .5 with my particular reactive and i started to have problems with them. as far as the box. next time try grouping things together. and subs farthest back in the box as possible. for daily setups i have generally found its best to have a slot port down the middle and then the subs pushed all the way to the sides and to the back.
