Got lots accomplished today, got the alignment done but there was wicked vibration so they balanced the new tires again, and god **** it 2 rims are bent //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif so im gonna have to look for some rims, maybe black ones?? Well heres some pics

now I just have to figure out where the amps are going, make some mounting feet, maybe like a whine rack, run speaker wire to the tubes and hook up the subwoofers, make the battery cover and cover that with carpet, put the amps in and wire them up than its testing time!!!

First time I have seen the thread, and haven't seen it all yet, but I wanted to make a comment now. VERY impressed. How much wiring did you use? Not sure if you said, I was busy drooling all over my keyboard. I decided to make my battery cover



carpeted it



heres the corners



heres a side by side of the original carpet to the carpet for the cover, its pretty close

made a rough sketch for pieces to mount the tubes this is what I came up with.



Im gonna make these mounting feet like that because my new amps are 32.? long and theres no way of hiding 2 of them, and the only way that I like is putting them under the tubes, plus it gives added support for the brackets during left to right turns, with this bracket I still have 1" to the window line //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/woot.gif.aaa6090e619a97b6090d16dd863c5a69.gif

This is just a rough one, just wanted to make sure it works before i spend the time on doing it right with straight cuts and round the corners, on the circle part im gonna lay some foam weather stripping down and than screwing in the bracket to the tube, and of course paint them black and secure the bracket down with L brackets, painted black.

in a few hours I can start cutting again I have to take off for awhile.
