this mornin put another layer of fiberglass down. After my mom left I got busy. I carpeted the box, trimed it up, got the port in, sprayed painted the wiper blades and charging the batts.

couple of pics the wife got of me lol





heres the pic of the seam, not to shabby for not doing it in a long time lol the white is overspray from the spray adhesive



ends all trimmed up, looks excellent







heres some insulating foam to seal the port



predrilled the holes

put the foam on the port



screwed the port on



heres a pic with the whole port, it wont be that long lol



spray painted the wiper arms with gloss black because the paint was gone on them



heres what it will look like but the port might be a tad longer

Went to a cookout, got home and got the rex out and washed it and got it going for the alignment tomorrow. Got the last layer of fiberglass on this morning so I sanded it smooth and my sander blew up in smoke so i had to get another one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Thats about it, I should get the tube done before saturday //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif im not gonna bother with the body filler, im just gonna carpet it to save time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

This morning I took the rex to get the alignment done... supposed to take 3 hours. So I got home and started working on the tube some more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

got the edges rounded, than cut the circles





Heres what I use to seal the inside edges instead of using silicone, I have used this stuff before and it dries clear and is very, very strong



a few pics of it sealed up on the inside, this pic looks like i missed some but it was just the wood dust when i flipped it over to do the other side





I have to let that dry than I'll sand the top with fine paper and spray paint the end black, hopefully I can get that done before work
