planning on auto-x'ing? i dont understand why people put camber kits on..
lol because when it was lowered it throws the camber off dramatically and chew up the tires very very fast //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Using a camber kit you can adjust the camber to where you want it, so it wont do that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

So you have two kinetics, one in the back, one in the front? Did you fuse the power wires? (concerned about grounding, not really current draw)
no fuses //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif the only fuses I used was from the alternator to the battery posts. I use 2 batts for IASCA, TNESPL. On this build I had to figure a way to take the second battery out for DB Drag in a timely manner because sometimes up here we have 3 sanctions in 1 show and it would have to be a quick take out put in scenario. DB Drag only has 1 or 2 shows up here but I still wanted to compete in Street A compared to Street C because of the battery rule. More of that in the following pics to come.

the negative camber isnt what kills tires, its the tow angle..the handling advantage you get from lowering the car is mostly in the fact that the negative camber allows for a greater contact patch when cornering..when you take the camber out, it defeats the purpose of dropping it imo. ive got the front and rear kit on my teg, but solely for adjustment at the track..id rather buy some 18" tires a few thousand miles earlier than have my car handle like shit for all of the tires life.

got the amps mounted and secured

got the L brackets painted

mounting feet all painted

placed the tube on the feet for location to secure the feet down

mounted the L brackets to the mounting feet

mounting feet all secured to the floor

placed the tubes on the feet to see how secure it actually is and its good to go, checked the window line rule for drag and that came out good, it was Xtremely close and checked the behind the b-pillar rule which is good and that was pretty close as well.

Next Im gonna wire the sub up to the tubes secure and secure the sub, wire up the amps. Start testing for the port than afterward totally secure the tube to the mounting feet than more port testing.
