Show me where I "defamed" you? I pointed out a couple fallacies that you had...even offered to help you out personally //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Still will, either on here or in person if we ever get a regional meet going.
If you think that anything I said was an attack on your personal character, you're going to have a long and hard road ahead of you in life, as you don't take criticism well...or at all. We all didn't start out knowing everything, and nobody does...somewhere along the way you have to be open to ideas //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
i didn't mean you.... i don't reacall you saying anything out of line but just look back and you won't find a hard time finding someone who did

You should have really posted the question as, what is the most over-rated substage?

And the obvious answer is your perception of your own.

By the way, an oscilloscope can't measure cancellation unless you are going to measure the voltage floating in the air. To do what you propose, you need a microphone and a highly phase matched spectrum analyzer. Considering you are talking about cancellation something that can measure the time domain would be helpful. To do this you need some fairly serious equipment, but if you do measure I guarantee you will look like a fool. Come to MN and I'd be glad to do it for you and post results on the site for everyone to rub in your face.

he already made idiot of the month
take this guy for example.... completely useless statement with no educational purpose whatsoever... no one cares that you know how to call someone an idiot under the protection of a username behind a computer screen... you're not making yourself look better or me look worse you're pissing in the wind and wasteing precious moments of your life doing it

I think it's about time to ban this Joker.

Needs to learn he is a n00bx, and no point he is trying to make here... is going to work.

You are a nobody. Get over it. Nobody cares about YOU.

Other users respect eachother here, you... we do not.

this forum is getting quite rediculous this is the epidimy of not being able to stay on a subject... answering a question with a personal attack... and i still havent heard why an o scope can't measure cancellation just that it can't... doesn't seem to be any other way besides listening to it... and i can tell you that that hasen't revealed any cancellation

seriously just stop

Because cancellation is not an electrical property. It does not happen at the output of amplifier. It's a function of the acoustical environment.

If you can't understand that, please, go to http://www.bcae1.com or http://www.the12volt.com and read up. We can't help you learn if you don't have the vocabulary to understand.

If you still don't want to learn, then yes, I will write you off as an idiot.

As I stated in the post you tried to rip, you need a microphone to measure acoustical cancellation. I also did stay on subject. IMO the most over-rated substage is the one in your car. The only caveat is you are the only one who thinks it is worth a chit, but by your responses it is HUGELY over-rated.

If you actually understood what on o-scope measured, and what cancellation was, the answer would be quite obvious.

The O-scope measures the electrical output of the amplifier.

Cancellation is an acoustic property arising from interactions of soundwaves.

How could you possibly think measuring the electrical output of an amplifier is going to give you any insite into cancellation ??
