If youre even thinking about using different sized subs, look at subs built to play in those ranges... Two subs of the same series but different sizes will play similarly and make having dedicated frequencies useless. A driver built more toward midbass and a woofer with an XBL^2 motor would be better choices.

little bit different story but ok lol nonetheless there is no excuse for defaming people you don't even know based purely on a statment... alot of the statements i have made on here where interjected with the purpose of being proven wrong and i would accept someone telling me that i'm wrong if they had not shown me how ignorant they are with immature and unintelligent insults... it kinda shows you that, if a person is willing to do something as dumb and pointless as insult people they don't know over the internet, should you trust their common sence in car audio?

once again I DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES.... I WANT THEM... theoretically if you had a different speaker playing every frequency you'd have the best SQ and SPL possible... but at least i didn't go that far.. i only have 2 sizes

you still have to realize any spitting of frequency increases total performance... i like w6's i don't want to argue about this anymore but maby u still don't understand... if the subs are having to play 2 frequencies at the same time it has to either blend them, which usually sounds terrible, or cause distortion, another sub system makes that happen less because now the different frequencies are played on different subs makeing both potentially louder and less distorted, again this is not entirelly neccessary but does give a favorable advantage is it worth the extra grand i spent? prolly not... but it was to me
