Mixing sub sizes?

Should due to more cone area....but do you have the space for 4 10's? You'd be better off running a single 15 in the proper enclosure than choking 4 10's. I don't know how much space lvl 4's require, but just make sure you give them their space.
He never said 4 10's. He said (2) DC level 4 10's. In this scenario, 2 10's does not have more cone area than 1 15".

2 10's = 157.08 inches^2

1 15 = 176.71 inches^2

This is assuming that the diameter is really this size. It usually isn't even close due to the huge surrounds we have but this is a rough estimation.

ellle oah elle.... anyways, anybody remember back in the mid 90's when they had a couple of sub manufacturers (of which are out of business) whom made 3 way 15" speakers that had a midrange and a tweeter in them? those were definately lol.

Never saw the 15''s, i do remember some 10'' tri-axials. I even had a guy that wanted me to install some in his doors, lol.

I was under the impression that you wanted to mix a pair of 10"s and a pair of 15"s. At least that's what this stupid *** thread is about...
retard. wrong impression. had to call it a stupid *** thread so it didnt make your *** look dumb. nice try (fat) sport.
