Mini jack for aux input to HU

With a HU that has a rear aux input, does someone sell an expansion cable with a panel mount mini jack at one end? Or do I have to fabricate my own?

Thanks too. The radios are not DAC so if you place a microphone at the auxiliary slot, that won’t make any sound. Just in case some one tried it out.
