Looking for a little bit of legal advice for a ticket.

This honestly is the first one of these I will say is BS. I do think you are gay for driving with your hoodie up, but that is neither here nor there. I would definitely see the judge on this one and explain my side and how I feel my vision was just fine.

BTW, you were being gay driving with your hoodie up. If it's chilly then your a pussy.

actually in Louisiana they just did away with wearing motorcycle helmets because they restricted the drivers view...so i can understand the hoodie point of view
That is downright retarded. I'd rather much have some cushion on my head in case of a spill than to have a little more sight. Your state is a big bag of dicks.

Well the ticket said careless driving.
I am not a careless driver nor did I do any careless acts when driving.

Kinda like him putting down speeding and not specifying you were going one over?
why waste time on this? pay $100 and get it dismissed via a lawyer. When you have a shoulder problem, you go to a doctor, when you have a ticket, you go to a lawyer. If you make $7 an hour I guess fight it yourself over principles or to gain some ral life experience, but if you make any kind of living its more efficient to pay a lawyer than DIY it and sit in court all day and lose out on a days pay of work.

Yea. Understandable. But why fund something I think is bull? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I guess taxes already do that....
the whole system is corrupt...not just citations my friend. I got a ticket for going through a red light that was yellow at the time. No video, no proof. My word against his. Who wins in court? The pig, unless you have a lawyer who gives credibility to the situation. What did I do? Call 1 of my pops coverage attorneys to handle it...life goes on.

That makes no sense to go ahead and plead guilty to something just because it's not worth the time. So he should have this on his record? Because he was wearing his hoodie? Give me a break. He should try to fight it, or talk to a prosecutor. There are ways to fight it without spending money on a lawyer. He definitely shouldn't plead guilty unless there is no other option, but that's just my opinion on it.
Show me where I said plea guilty...?????????? You dont talk to prosecutors for tickets either...

He probably expected me to have massive drugs in my car with Georgia plates.
Or for me to run..... He was very over zealous.

Like strung out on some cheese.
When you make 30k a year and everyday on the job could be your last if you pull over the wrong person, thats the way most of em are. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

$30K a year? what hick town do you stay in? my bro makes $65K as a patrol man and does various side jobs where he either sits around reading, watching movies, or sleeping.

my sister is a Lt, has a masters, and also graduated from the FBI academy to carry a concealed firearm on airlines. she also does some off duty work and clocks about $150K a year.

makes people rethink being cops doesnt it?
