Ha, Yeah, definitely find a family friend that practices law and see if that type of law even exists. I drive with my hood on a lot of times in the winter because let's face it, it's just too ****ing cold.

Why can you get a ticket for wearing your hood when some religions require you to wear a keffiyeh?

Dont even worry about it. The judge will most likely barely look at the hood up autamaticly will drop it. Alot of cops gave me stupid tickets, like "Failiar to change address" On the day I was moving shit to my house. Judge automaticly droped that one.

Motorcycle + helmet isn't quite as restrictive as a hoody.... but still more than enough to allow you full vision. If you can pass vision exam with a hoody on then by all means its good =P

Tickets are beat in the courtroom, not on the side of the road. It is good to state your point and intentions, but it is never good to be disrespectful... no matter how much of an asshole the cop clearly is.
