Looking for a 5 channel

[Sub Woofin 10+ year member]

im looking for a new amp to replace my two current ones. i require it to be:

1. 5 or 6 channel

2. good brand among the car audio world

3. good wattage preferably at least 50 watts @ 4 ohms for front & rear rms and 250 rms @ 2 ohms for sub

4. under $600.

internal cooling a plus (car gets hot, summer is nearing)
