Kick Panel Questions

Okay fellas, I am a quick question about Kickpanels, I have a pair of Q-Logic kicks that have been heavly sound deadened and have a pair of PG Rsd 5.25 components, but my question relates to "how do you avoid getting rain,sleet or snow from getting into the speakers? this question has been on my mind for a long time now and I am just wondering how you guys go about keeping your speakers dry?
