i think it was a missprint looks like it has a 3" coil....

I don't think its a misprint. They clearly made the 4" coil a highlight.

But does the suspension actually handle 1200rms? My old pioneer was 1200 watts max (lol) and it was only $50 new.

Its probably more of an 800 watt sub... I'm pretty sure I'd have that thing blown up in a matter of hours off 1200...

Didnt read the whole thread but you can get an ixl 12 for 160 new that does 800 rms easy

ehh doesnt look too bad. that 15mm might be one way or something. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif but def put some power on it and see how it acts. 4 cubes is large so your power handling will go down. if you want to run that much power on it right off the bat, do 3 cubes or so at 28hz and play some jeezy for a couple hours to get the suspension loosened up a little.

Update!

This thing is a low end monster to say the least. I'm quite shocked on how good of a subwoofer it is. Been feeding her 1000 watts RMS for about a week now. She is laughing at it. I'm positive she can take 1500 watts RMS in the right box.
