Heh...I never saw a reply to the statement I made.Originally posted by Steven Kephart I felt that I already had commented on everything previously in the thread. But I don't have a problem answering them again. I will try to get back here after work today and take care of it for you.
So until then, I wish you all a wonderful day.

To my knowledge, the entire Nine.x project has been totally scrapped. They decided instead of making their own line of amps they would buy Avionixx and make them a part of eD.I believe they are in production but miscommunication and other BS has delayed the shippment for a long while...that's why he said good luck or whatever
There are supposed to be a few of the nine.x line of amps floating around Korea somewhere...maybe Paikiah should begin a treasure hunt.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifOriginally posted by wesleysh To my knowledge, the entire Nine.x project has been totally scrapped. As the story goes, the Nine.x's were shipped to the US but lacked some very important paperwork and were sent back without eD's knowledge. Then the build house they were using over seas went out of business. Something to that effect, but you get the jist.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
man, those were going to be some kick-*** amps....its too bad that they went out of production.Originally posted by wesleysh To my knowledge, the entire Nine.x project has been totally scrapped. I meant that the points you brought up toward me I have already addressed previously. Not that I had made a specific response. Sorry if I wasn't clear on that. I was typing that message as I was heading out the door for work.Originally posted by RangerMan Heh...I never saw a reply to the statement I made.
I agree that I do have a bias toward Adire. In fact I even admited it a couple posts back. Originally I noticed that Dan had a great online personality. Plus he made some great products, so I contacted him and became a dealer. Since then he has been extremely generous. He has taught me quite a bit about speaker engineering and other things. In fact, he stayed the night at my house a month or two ago. Anyway, he taught me how to read the curves and know what the sub will sound like based on those curves.Originally posted by RangerMan Stephen, no offense intended by this remark, but it seems that you have an obvious bias towards Adire Audio. Of every post of yours that I have viewed, 95% of them are about or pertaining to Adire and the Brahma. Honestly, I can't see how you are able to make any educated remarks about the E12A unless you have heard with your ears what this driver is capable of.
Originally posted by Steven Kephart The A was also suggested, but the curves show that it will have more distortion than the W7 or Brahma at pretty much any level.
No problem. Here you go.Originally posted by wesleysh So you've seen the curve of a W7? I'd like to see that if you could give me a link or something to that effect.
So then why do these SQ subs have such huge excursions if they are useless? This included the A series.Originally posted by jlaine SQ = minimal, or near NIL movement...
Now you have me curious. I would love to see those as well, and see what they are doing to get that. Maybe an underhung design with a really tall top plate? But even still, how does this information help what's being argued becides prove that TC Sounds agrees with me?Originally posted by jlaine
I have seen DUMAX reports of TCS prototypes that are RULER flat... RULER flat with respect to motor force, and nearly as flat with respect to suspension capabilities. WELL past what the currently available XBL2 variants are producing.
But... You can continue to roll your eyes and sneer... Others will draw their own conclusions.

I can't show them right now if memory serves me correctly.Originally posted by Steven Kephart Now you have me curious. I would love to see those as well, and see what they are doing to get that.
