bolt idea not gonna work...do i have to use tee nuts?

ok- i used the coarsest screws i could find, but as for the weather stripping- i was thingking the rubber gasket it comes with would getr the job done...guess not...thanks again tho

Id seal the bolt hole up with Silicone and maybe look into placing some Poly Fill inside the Plastic enclosure and mount the new sub and run it...

Ive seen plenty of these cars with ten inch sub/ subs inverted/facing up and ported to the rear.. even a single 12

You have roughly 50 liters total, which will probably work with that sub.
