I'm not sure about the Pioneer sub since I have never used it. For the memphis one sub is a dual 4ohm voice coil meaning it has 2 4 ohm voice coils and the other sub is a single 4 ohm voice coil meaning it has a single 4 ohm voice coil. The Dual 4 ohm coil will allow you more wiring options.

Go with the memphis over the pioneer. The memphis shallow mounts actually sound very good.
