Who said i wanted to target fast food specifically? And no, i dont think someone who's becoming a porker off of a 5 star menu is any better than a bum getting tubby on the dollar menu.

my bad, I've been involved in fast food discussions and pretty much attribute unhealthy with fast.

The saying of the three aspects of just about anything; good-fast-cheap, pick two.

My point of 5 star menus is that some foods may have a very high fat content, but the portions are small and it is balanaced with other foods as to not just eat a pile of butter or duck fat.

Gluttony has no particular discretion on the who.

I personally don't have issues with talking on the phone and driving. I have never come close to causing an accident while talking on the cell phone. To be entirely honest I drive MORE carefully while on the phone. I drive slower and more courteous while on the phone. When I'm off the phone I drive like an ***.

Not to mention I already drive with just one hand on the wheel. So whats the difference?

Driving comes first. Phone conversation second. Someone can always repeat themselves... There's not do-overs on the highway/roadway.

By the way... Has anyone ever noticed we drive on a parkway way and park on a driveway?

In New Jersey they just added the hands free law....Ticket for texting or talking on phone (without blue tooth). Though a blue tooth is no different then holding a cell phone...You are still focused on the conversation going on more then you're driving. Why cant you just wait till you get to your destination to dial or text back the person who called you.Just my $0.02

What about people who are in sales? driving to a customer without being able to talk on the phone will end up in a loss of productivity. you can get a ton of shit done while you're going to meet with customers..

i live in nj and that rule isnt that enforced, the worst is seeing cops driving talking on the phone. Why should i follow the rules when your doing something illegal. I rarely talk on the phone while driving only if its my parents or my gf i will answer and say i will call you back

I think we should just stop making shitty laws.

Taxing junk food is the dumbest shit i've ever heard. I happen to enjoy eating junk food and i'm not anywhere close to fat. i don't want to pay more just because some other people get fat from it.

It's people's choice to eat what they want and i dont think some stupid tax is going to stop it. it's just going to make my wallet even smaller.

yeah i almost got ran off the road a couple days ago cut across 3 lanes and didnt even see me and woulda slammed right into me if i didnt slam on the horn. and he sorta just gave me a ur an ******* kinda look so i whipped my slurpee in his car
