3 days ago, California enacted a law that makes it illegal for minors to use a cell or text from a car. Adults may not use a cell but can text from a car. Fines are like $100 for first offense and rise for each additional offense.

I think we should punish people who decide to stay on their cellphone chatting while trying to make a transaction at the grocery store....if the clerk is trying to talk to you to finish your purchase, and your dumb talkin on the cellphone *** is holding up in the line, it should be legal for me to take your phone and throw it across the store. If the line is going to get held up due to your stupid cellphone we should atleast get some entertainment while we stand there waiting for your rude *** to go find your phone somewhere over on isle 23.

i think people that complain about what others do that they dont like should just leave the country or shut up. who drives with both hands on the wheel at all times? i dont. Talking to a pasenger is more of a distraction imo because you take your eyes off the road to look at them while your talking to them. adjusting your radio or switching a cd is more of a distracion also. so i guess we shouldnt be allowed to do that either right?
