How to secure sub box

I want to put my subs when I get them back in the trunk (previously in the back seat strapped in with a bungy cord...). But how do I secure them so they dont go flying around when I take a corner? I dont want to do anything major, im getting a new car in the spring. And I am going to be selling my subs in the spring too, and I dont want to damage the box in anyway, by drilling holes in it or anything.

And dont even say anything about the bungy cord, iv already gotten a lot of shit about it.

The guy in front of you slams on his brakes, and you plough into his bumper. Your car does 30 to zero in one second, you think that bungee (or velcro //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif ) will keep that 50+ pound enclosure from crushing your head against the windshield? If you wont actually drill any holes like you are suppose to, how are you expecting us to tell you to fasten it to your car? Do it right, even from the trunk a speaker enclosure can become a deadly object in a simple fender bender, if its not bolted down. Dont become a Darwin Award.

He said that he wont put holes in the box to secure. That kind of severely limits his options to hold it down. There is not much to do then besides seatbelt it in then. Oh and that hifonics amp you are pushing I believe is way to much for the piles.

wow--try to offer someone some advice and look what happens.if a guy doesn't want to bolt it down then he just don't want to. my box has never been bolted down and if it makes all the way up to me then it deserves to kill me. but since that can't hapen in my car i ain't worried about it.
