Says who? I've heard that before, the problem is there's a ton of hole in that hypothesis (which is all it is). Again we have evidence gathered by those who are only looking for evidence that supports their theory, and discarding what doesn't. Most of the evidence that evolutionist's use to support an ice age, better supports a world-wide flood, but since that would colaborate the Biblical account it is discounted and the next most "reasonable" explanation is hypothesized.

As I've said before, I have friends who are gay. I don't agree with their lifestyle, and watching what it does to them grieves me to no end, but that doesn't mean I've stopped caring about them, or fear them. I've dealt with sin in my own life that became an addiction and had all the same effects on me. I understand a degree of what they're going through. They're basically looking for love, wanting to feel loved. That's a legitimate need. Unfortunately they are looking in the wrong place and only finding substitures for it, and a lustful addiction that is killing them psychologically from the inside out. This isn't uncommon, but there again, the link I provided previously has examples of that.

Don't Patronize me please. I've studied religion for the better part of my life, particularly Christianity. I'm well aware of the personal relationship aspect. Bottom line is "your beliefs" are subjective. The Truth is in the eye of the beholder. You can not argue Faith so stop attempting.

I am in no way knocking your beliefs, you are entitled to them and I'm sure they are a big part of who you are.

My issue with you and people like you, is that when you speak for "God" you are actually insulting Him....just think about that for a second. You are trying to explain how "He feels, thinks, what "He" is and isn't, what "His" interests are.

You can not begin to explain "God". So by humanizing "God" You are actually bring him down to your level when you speak for "Him. This also makes you sound arrogant btw.

Whatever "God" may be, you are inferior to "Him" so like I said, Stop all the madness.

At last. Thank you sir for your respect and point of view. If you've studied Christianity, then you know that the purpose behind God giving us His word is so we can, in our inperfect humanity, get to know Him and His charater (with the help of His Holy Spirit). You would also know that He has called us to be His representatives, again to the best of our abilities and with His help.

You are correct, I am far inferior to God, there is no comparison whatsoever! LOL! I in no way pretend to be able to comprehend even a degree of Him. There is no way I could humanize Him, he's uncontainable. I can however represent what He has shown me and has taught me. He's commanded me to do as much.

Most of the New Testament, written by the Church Christ established is about doing that very thing. It is not madness to me, it is a mandate.

Says your own Bible. I'm not going to pin point it for ya but I will lead you into the right direction. You need to read into the Bible a little more. Look into Genesis, after the Great flood, If there was a world wide flood, the series of events that took place after flood would not be possible.

LOL! Yeah, we've had our conversations. Jesus taught to "speak the truth in love", so do I go about bashing them with fire and brimstone? No. I do make the point however that unforgiven sin, of ANY kind, will seperate you from God. I don't catagorize their sin as any different then mine. If I died without admitting the things I've done wrong and asking God to forgive me, I would be heading to the same place. It's the only other place you can go if you don't want to be with God. It also was never a place that was meant for us. It was created for the angels that rebelled (Satan and the angels that became demons). The only reason we go there is because to believe and follow a lie also means you end up following the liar, unless you realize the truth and change your direction before hand.
