Gain Setting Tutorial

that is the voltage your speaker terminals, on the amp, should read
So

1. I need to buy a voltage reader.

2. I stick the reader where the speaker wire meets the amp

3. And I should get that number

If this process is correct let me know. ANd if the number does not match the reading I am getting from the amp. WHat to do?

Alright. Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it.Would this DMM in this package be good at all? I am liking the package since I could use the extra tools included.

I'm sure that DMM would be fine for what you will use it for. It is not something that is made to last (unlike fluke, uei, fieldpiece) but for your use the one in that package is all you'll need.
