Finished the Sub addition today!

Finally got my amp all wired up and hooked up to my 1st gen. Diamond M6 10".

It has been a perfect setup for me. The small .75cu.ft. enclosure and 5.4" mounting depth made for a nice and compact setup. It's is a bit louder than I was expecting which is a nice bonus //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

The MA amp seems to put out plenty of power, so so far so good.

Looks good. I hope you have that amp mounted on there so that it won't be rattling around too much, though.

Yea man, make sure you put something between there. Some rubber spacer washers should do the trick if you haven't.

I've been doing car stereo stuff for about 6 years and never got a sub, how crazy is that?

Yeah, Rock (real rock not metal) did it to me.....that and being poor all the time

My first "system" was a Kraco in a 1970 Scout Had two pep-boys 6x9's and a pepboys dual 8" truck box lol.

Second was an alpine deck (something like 7555?) and a pair of Orion coaxials in a '78 Jeep J-10.

Now into my college years I have a Mustang and have slowly gotten a pair of Boston Rally components powered by a PPI PCX480 and now a sub!

That MA amp is rated at 650W 2ohm @ 14.4 and I have yet to get the DMM out but I'm guessing it should be pushing like 500 or so.

Sweet, I found the recipt it was an Alpine CDA-7840. That was a bi0chin' deck.
