Could tinsel lead on sub snap during shipping?

Him telling you to contact UPS is him being an irresponsible seller. UPS will never in a million years accept responsibility for a broken tinsel lead, nor should they. It was shipped to you that way, and is on the seller 100% to make it right.

You should not contct UPS, they wouldn't do anything for you even if you did. And you should not just solder it back together as the shipper claims. This is seller's fault totally, without question. And his replies of placing the responsibility on UPS or you only makes it worse.

I just read on his for sale topic someone didnt recieve a sub they brought from him. They had to file a paypal claim. Im gonna check these subs with a dmm asap to make sure the other one is "mint".
