it says @ 2 ohms = 100 watts.

i wanna hook them up that way. instead of bridged. so the speakers wont be so over powered at 200. and instead of 4 ohms = 60 watts so it wont get underpowered.

maybe that will help it from overheating??

anyone know how to rewire the speakers from bridged to 2 ohms?

cause i know right now is this

You must have a newer car thats made out of plastic then? Get some sound deadener, and try running your subs off a mono block rather than a 4ch. That cv amp should be on your mids.

yeah it is made out of plastic. or fiberglass or 1 shitty sheet of metal. i am planning on getting deadener installed for my trunk. because that is the worst rattling ever. at some songs. rattling > music. it's bad.

my subs off a mono block? i already have an arc ks300.2 powering them perfectly. :\

with the exception of Ramos and IDSkoT trying to help......this thread is full of fial.

just tune the ported box to 35 htz and be done with it. Most music doesn't play much lower than that.

you cant hook up those speakers into 2ohms, because they are 4ohms.

you cant change the ohms of a speaker unless it havea dual voice coil.

your amp will run cooler @ 4ohms.

so i either have to tune that shit to either 60 watts or bridged at 100... this blows..

so i'll either switch the amps? or find a better one?? LOL see if anyone is selling a used amp. 2 channel. 100 @ 4 ohms.

from the 200 to the 60?? maybe not noticeable? cause it might run cooler? and then i'd be able to turn gains a little bit more with less distortion??
