all right. im stuck on either making a huge 2 12' ported enclosure, or 2 separate sealed enclosures. i have a ported probox right now. but i think it'll sound alot better if i actually get a boxed thats tuned up to my subs airspace. but im still debating whether to go dual ported or sealed.

opinions??

well i have boston g2 12's.and i listen to mainly rap and hip hop for that really low bass. i have it tuned to like 80 hz.

Go ported if you want the lows... but I think you're mistaken on your tuning..

i think ported does sound nicer for the lows, but the sealed sounds really clean and i have a weak trunk and all i hear is rattle from the inside of my car. its bad.

..Then why'd you ask? If you want sealed, go sealed. If you want ported, go ported. If your trunk sounds like shit, get sound deadener.

The tuning I suggested is just that.. a suggestion. You can tune to whatever you like.

idk. i already have a ported probox. but i wanna make that enclosure and try out a sealed box. and two different sealed boxes it'll look nice too

i want low. AND loud. lol if thats even possible. yeah i usually tune my subs to the song put on. IT HITS THOSE LOWS REALLY NICE. 30hz? sounds goood. what do u got urs on??
