it was a freebie so im not gonna complain. besides, i have be driving a reg cab s10 for too long. i finally have a trunk to put a nice sized sub in now. not sure what i will go with yet but i will be using a kicker kx750 amp. (940 watt rms on the birthsheet.) i do know that i want to build a ported box for it but not sure what size sub. thinking about a 12, maybe a 15 if there is enough room!

whats ur question or were u just telling us u got a new whip.

if ur looking for suggestions on a sub, i would go with a fi ssd. They are rated at 800wmrs, but can handle 1000 easily. I have a 15in ssd and its get decently loud for a lower end fi sub

ya was definitely looking for opinions of subs. i am looking for SQ. ported at 800 to 1000 watts will be more than enough. i listen to all types of music and probably more rock and metal than rap.
