Finally getting around to putting a system in the Trailblazer! I bought this almost a year ago and am finally scratching the itch to have a better sounds.

I have been in to the car audio scene for quite a while but, I am going to start off relitivily modest with this build.

Equipment:

Alpine cda-9886 (installed)

Audioque 4x90 (installed)

Audioque first gen components in front and rear doors (installed)

Audioque 2200 (installed)

Audioque HDC4 18" dual 1 ohm (due here Tuesday)

Optima yellow top group 3400 under hood (installed)

Knukonceptz KLMX 1/0 cable, 4 runs front to rear (installed)

Big three done with 2/0 welding cable (installed)

XS D3100 in rear (coming soon)

Mechman 270 amp alt (coming soon)

Custom sub enclosure (built but waiting for sub):

6ft^3 net

35 hz

108in^2 port

That is all for now but this will be coming together soon. I will be running the HDC4 @ 2 ohms until the funds are available for electrical upgrades and then will be dropping it to 1/2 ohm. This should allow a good amount of time for the sub to get broken in.

 
note with that table saw that the extensions might not be the exact same size as the main table. that is a concern when the guide overlaps the seam, then the guide can lose true perpendicular and you can get binding at the blade. it can be a PITA to cut some dimensions. the best thing to do is laminate a later on the extensions so they are the same size as the main table (usually they are a bit smalller) so the guide can overlap the seam and remain true.

The fence doesn't square the best even on the main part of the table. I measure both the front and back of the blade always just like I would on any table saw.
