Got some work done the last couple weeks. Big thanks to Nick(Twisted0912) for helping out some with the battery and if I decide to do a false floor, he will be helping me with that as well.

So with that said all this is very temporary right now till I get my subs in, in a few weeks. Build is slow due to me being busy and I have a 22 month old and work a lot, so I do what I can in the time I have.

So check back in a few weeks as it should be better than this.

Headunit install. JVC-KD 7500 Arsenal. Love this deck so far, but still getting it dialed in.

First the factory pic. I know it sucks!

I know butt connectors........zomg, lol! No soldering here as I don't have the time or heatshrink.......oh well!

Also dam deck is hard to keep clean, as you can see with the dust. No matter how much I clean it, right back it goes, lol!

Pics of the front battery install. Redtop group 34 IIRC. Knu KLMX O/1G power run and 5' ground run to the back.

Will eventually do the big3 in the 0/1g as well. Just need a lift as my alty is underneath the car.....talk about ****!

Pics of the doors. Same speakers I sold awhile ago going back in.

Pioneer Premier 720c's. Going to get some sheet metal and deaden over the holes to get better mid bass response. Once again a time thing.

With the factory's in.

Rears I don't have pics of, but are Pioneer Premier 6x8's and the same fatmat deadening.

Trunk of the car. Second skin damp on the lid as well as the whole trunk, minus the floors and quarters, which has the fatmat as I ran out. Have tons of pics of deadening, but been posted before.

Remember, this is just temporary till I get time to put the subs, sub amp and maybe a false floor in.

Thinking of taking out the crossover. Has served me well over the years, but I get engine noise from it, so thinking of just using the crossover points on the amps.

Really nice now I got my deck tuned in a little more. When I had my Kenwood x-92 in my old install, I just thought they were meh and the mid was the focal point, well ever since I put the new deck in, my tweets sound amazing! Much smoother, but loud enough to my liking. And mid still sounds as good as ever. I get decent mid bass as is now, but it will get better once I seal off the doors better.

2006 Ford Focus ST. Looks stock, but have some engine work done too it and it is quite quick considered to when it was stock. Port and polished the heads, chip, exhaust,air filter and most of it is not name brand, but got the stuff uber cheap and shredded a couple seconds off stock quarter times. Doing low 14's now.

Zomg, figure you would come in here to talk some shit. Go figure! Been doing that for years with no problems whatsoever. I go through more installs in a year than most people do, so I don't run wires through the sleeve, just use the factory ones, so the crossover goes there. No water will get to it anyway and you don't see it, so I see no problem with running it there, which I have done in many installs...I betcha you love my deadening job as well. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Also for the tweet, who cares. Do some work on a Focus door and let me know where you could put it without much modifying. Not going to do something uber custom that will come out in a few months anyway.
