I must say this is one of those "must see for yourself" builds. This thing is so clean and it slams like holy hell. I was very impressed with the sound quality and the ability it has to get loud. Very impressive.

and finally a update on the tweeter pods...

apillar

trim ring for tweeter, mold was made out of the foam pieces you make flower arrangements with

after some sanding

test fit

quick first layer of bondo

sanding 1st layer down, another layer was put on, but alas no pics

tweeter mounted in, pure hertz secsyness

secsyness once again

not finished yet, more than likely going to be vinyl wrapped, should look like factory, just need to find some stretchy not cheap vinyl, been waiting on these for a while, rodny did a great job on them, should look really nice when we finishand didnt hook them up, so still waiting on all of that

its louder, sounds alot different, lows were better on the 18s, but pretty much everything else is louder with the wall, the 15s are smoother to me, but not by much

i was never a fan of the goliath, probably because it left a bad taste in my mouth, blew twice, i would take the T40001bd over the goliath, to me its a better quality amp, but the goliath still puts out alot of power

how did you sand down the foam material? regular sand paper or like a file or rat tail file or something? Im interested in doing something like this one time.
