Well about to get started on the new build, thought i would go ahead and put some pics up of the stuff thats going in

2004 Explorer

Rockford 3sixty.2

Hertz MLK2 running active up front

Rockford T6004 on the Fronts

Hertz HCX165 in rear

Rockford T4002 on rears

4 RF T2 15 D2 in 16cubes @35-37hz

i have an addiction to subs with the tall surround, its also ashy...need some lotion for it:crap:



super small amp, birthsheet says 160x2@4ohms, ~530 x1@4ohms





pretty nice looking subs in person, 4" coils, curious to see how they sound

Hertz ML280 amd ML1600 which are the same pieces they use in the MLK2 setup, minus the Xover, was going with the mlk165 but the tweets on these sold me, pure secsy in person, not a big fan of the other ones

for a set of 700$ tweeters, they are nice enough to give you a sticker:crap:

the whole tweeter housing is milled out of aluminum

can change the back chamber on the tweets to tweak the roll off and such, kinda deep to be mounting in some locations

picked up 2 packs of the RF deadner to try out, great price on it, probably gonna grab a few packs of dynamat

got everything except the 6004 and the HCX165s, still waiting on the amp, but i can grab a diff amp at work if needed so no biggie, coax's are in just havnt got them yet
