Balanced Sub Setup?

Hey guys, was looking for some opinions. I'm in the market for two 10" shallow mount sub's and an amp to go with then. I want to get the most out of the sub's. I need the 2 sub's because I'm looking ahead at what car I plan on getting after college, which is a G37/Q60.

So I was looking and found these subs

Rockford Fosgate P3SD2-10

They're dual 2ohm 300w RMS

I was looking at amps and found this

Sony XM-GS100 which outputs 600w x 1 @2ohms

Is this a good balanced setup? Will both speakers receive 300w ( 600w ÷ 2 sub's = 300w ea )? I can get the amp for $100, and $100 for each sub. Are the sub's going to sound good? I like my bass to blend with my music and no be like too over powering and annoying.
