AQ3500 for 450$, should i grab it?

Pawn shop a few towns over is selling a AQ3500 for 450$

You guys think i should pick it up even though I can't use it in my car yet? (Poor electrical)

I'm thinking i could turn it for a profit or just hold onto it for a future build.

Talk them down and pick it up. Nice amp and that is a decent overall price if the condition is good.

Offer them $400 out the door. Even $450 isn't a bad deal.
