and well, religion has hated science since its humble begginings. just because it uses logic vs faith. the whole religion has power over science is bullshit BECAUSE it uses logic. the bible doesn't say gravity excists and everything with a volume and mass is matter

history shows what I said before, we are selfish self-righteous beings. We don't learn from our mistakes and let greed and worldly knowledge clowd our judgment on what is right. In religion you ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE. The question is the consequences that come along with those choices. You can choose Christ and live forever in heaven even after you physically pass away or choose to do your own thing and live forever in Hell after you physically pass away. it is YOUR CHOICE. not forced at all.

That there is the key! I hold no stock in religion. Doesn't matter if you are Catholic, Persistent, baptist or whatever, as long as you believe that Christ is the ONLY way in of which we are saved and you except him into your heart then you are a true believer. Yes people with always have disagreement about theological stuff but as long as the core belief is the same we are all brothers in the faith.

As far as speaking in tongues goes I believe that it is a spiritual gift which is given to us. I know many friends who speak it when they worship and personally its a little intense for me. Most of them come from a spirit filled church were I come from a bible believing church. First time I heard it it was very strange and kinda threw me off but if that is how they worship God who am I to try and stop them or discourage them. I will admit that if I don't know the person well and they start to speak in tongues I will be skeptical about it. Rather its authentic or not. As far as my friends go they are far stronger Christians then myself and I know they are authentic and try to not let it obstruct my worship.

In the end it we need not worry about other people and how the worship, rather it is fake or authentic. You should worry more about your own life and how you've lived it. Was it pleasing to God or not

Religion answers the questions that science cannot. If you don't give a shit about the questions science can't answer, you may as well not be human. Fact is, even if you dont believe in a specific religion, or in a God, etc, the very fact that you have viewpoints about religious things, makes you in one way or another, religious.

what does the bible say about heaven and hell?

bible fact, we are all sinners.

bible fact, jesus died for our sins, every last human being falls under this fact

the ten commandments, everyone breaks one or two of those at some point.

so murderers rapists terrorist kid touchers bank robbers thieves adulterers and non believers will go to hell on their judgement day according to you , but what your bible says that on that day our sin are forgiven because jesus died for us so therefore we are then deemed perfect in the eyes of god and then accepted into heaven. why is there a hell if it doesn't need to exist.
