I dont know the whole story yet, but apparently the other guys are in trouble for something as well. others at the party stepped up and said something (not sure what) and things are looking better. he will go to prison, but not for life now. He's a wreck right now from what i understand. Only family are allowed to visit, so................ we used to hang 2-3 yrs ago, and yes, he turned towards weed and drinking, but he still is a good kid.
he is having to learn the hard way as some do, but he will hopefully be a better person now after this is all over with.

That's what all criminal's family members say.

I don't think he should get murder... least manslaughter charge, IMHO.

Imagine yourself there... three guys start shit with you... at least one is 100 pounds bigger than you... okay, you don't want to get into it and get hurt so you leave.

You are walking home, those same three guys pull up, obviously looking for trouble... one rushes at you out of the car. Quite likely, the other two aren't far behind -- especially if you try to fight and start to win. And quite likely even if you lose they'll come out and help kick your ***. Are you going to just stand there? I wouldn't... and if I had a bottle in my hand I'd sure as hell hit the guy with it. And if he kept at it and I still had the bottle... I'd stab him with it, especially with two other goons not far behind.

And running off? They have a car and three guys... depending on the area, probably not going to work so well.

No way I would try to fist fight this guy if I had something at arms reach considering he had two buddies with him and how much bigger he was, and probably no way I'd try to run from THREE guys that have a vehicle none-the-less... that would depend on the area, but likely wouldn't go so well as they could drive until you got tired then jump out and whup your tail.

Also... depending on who these guys are and their history with his friend, maybe he knew these guys had it out for him and would seriously hurt him or maybe "accidentally" beat him to death. You never know...

you know what people that david needs to rot in ****ing hell cause he killed a really good friend of mine and there was no one going after that guy no one even tried to hurt him he was kicked out of the party cause he was disrespecting ladies there he a ****ing low life scum and i hope he gets ****ed by the biggest guy in the prison for what he has done. he is not the only one paying for this crime we all brads family and friends. so dont always believe everything that you read get the ****ing facts. ohh by the way the one that said there was a guy 100lbs heavier than medico there were three guys yea brad was prob about 15 lbs lighter than him and they went to talk to him cause he threw a beer bottle at the house the party was at and the other guys that were present were no where near heavier than medico.

I'm sorry to rant and rave about this, but a car forum is the last place where i would expect to see this show up. The OP of this thread is also lying to you all to make his friend look better. The other 2 guys in the car are not in trouble for anything. No one from the party has stepped up in David's defense. People at the party were standing at the end of the driveway when it happened and all saw the fact that Brad had only got the time to step out of the car before this guy rushes at him with the bottle b/c he was still mad about being kicked out of the party. There were no big rednecks around. There were just 3 guys who had never even been in trouble with the law before. They were the anti-redneck, two of them college educated(and i'm not talking community college)From whatt I can gather about Medico, he was complete white trash who shouldn't have even been at the party. David's sister was at the scene of the crime after the fact and apparently she told the cops that her brother had previous mental problems including paranoia. The truth is, I don't even care about David Medico, in fact I firmly believe that if he could take back what he did, he would, but he doesn't deserve anything less than murder one.
