A Powerbass sub to match 13W7?

Powerbass is apparently coming out with a 4xl i dont know if anyone has mentioned that yet. I have a friend who has 4 3xl 10's they get pretty loud but for four tens in a little hatchback i would hope so. The sound quality for the 10's is really bad in my opinion. They are pretty cheap but i think either way there are much better choices out there.

Hmm, see when i bought mine, it was b4 i even joined this forum. So since then I have learned alot, but its not like my pay has gone up enough for me to completely blow checks on cool equipment.

The next subs I wanna try out are going to be ones I save up for and stuff, but I need to fix up my car. Shes fallin apart.

My one retard buddy wants to run the XXXL's, but i told him to just get a Type R (he just wants loud, his two type S's should b near blown by now w/ his clipping and stuff, sounds like nasty azz).

the 3xl never really did, and I only got the powerbass' to begin with cuz I had no idea what i was doing (i thought i could hook them up to my 300w amp lol and just eventually upgade).

besides the point, this sub peaked my curiosity.

I would just check around you dont have to blow a fortune or anything but there are better choices for the money. I was about to buy some powerbass subs because i could get them cheap but then i also joined some forums.Instead of buying those i decided i would rather not spend the money on them and just slowly piece together a system than to buy some cheaper subs and **** near immediately want to upgrade. I have been putting together my system for months now. It sucks but it will be well worth the wait. Im looking forward to my 2 12" m3mojos w/ 2 mojo 2.5kw's compared to if i would have just bought two 3xls and only ran like 1500rms. If you have a system already in your car i wouldnt rush to get something new get something thats gonna be worth it. The type r's for your friend would probably have a considerably better sound quality and get just as loud if not louder.

yeah i know this now. remember, first i got myself into a problem w/ my 15's. Then I learned how to do this all after.

I wouldnt even have gotten them hooked up if it wasnt for this site. It was really frustrating for me to even try and understand ohms and stuff b4. Now I know what ppl aret alkin about, and brands worth having.

good luck on those mojos, they are sexy.

2.5kw is a bit too much for my car i think. Shes old and doesnt like what I have now.

And yeah my friend is stubborn and stupid. I was willing to learn after my mistakes of A: spending way too much on my first subs and amp. and B: buying 15's that i had no idea what to do w/. i like hearing ur guys opinions, but lay off my powerbass //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif they r nice to me lol even tho they dont rock the world.

But if ne one really wants to help me, do you think a single L7 15 in a nice box (as in built to spec) would b louder than my 2 powerbass 15? I know my 2 beat it in cone area, but im jc.

No one besides my idiot friend has subs that i know, so when i do get to see other peoples systems its a treat. I like hearing new brands and new gear.

lol btw when i got those 15's it took me like 2 months of saving to just that extra 300$. I was so stunned afterwards finding out how much more i was gonna spend to get the amps, wires, extra battery.

Reading forums ftw helps.
