I'm basically just looking for an estimate here. I'm currently rocking the system in my sig- however, I always like the change it up a bit over the summer. Here's my plan: Six Kicker CVX12's (1500w max, 750wrms) powered by two MB Quart PAB-1200.1D's each running @ 1 ohm (1200 watts each- I like these amps simply because they're class A/B). Subs will be placed in a sealed box.

My question- what db range should I expect to be hitting at with this setup at nearly max power? Thanks.

basically a bunch of people are gonna come in here and **** with u because honestly it depends on about a trillion variables so theres no way to simply GUESS

depends on if your seats are leather or not and how fast you usually drive.If you let us know that plus the miles on your car, we can tell you exactly how many db's you'll hit

why not port the box?

and you should be doing atleast low 140's. if not your doing something wrong

I was just looking for an estimated db range from people who may have more knowledge/experience than myself- not a scientifical hypothesis on the exact number.

I'm just putting the six new subs into the box I have my current system in- which just so happens to be sealed. Ported is a definite possibility after I see how much cash flow I have left after doing all this other ****.
