A good sub or not?

but you are right, if you like it, keep it... just don't start bragging about it or someone will *****-slap you

i know that looks are nothing, but a nice lookin sub is much better to look at then an ugly one. i like the 3d logo and the orange cone and the high surround. but your right that if your sub sounds like shit. who cares how it looks

not the one i have but another one it was $340 and it was 1250 rms. The guy said it outhit a 15 in CVR and it is a 15

first of all, if they didn't carry kicker, its likely that he said that.

2nd, 1/2 of a systems performance is based on how its setup. eg. box, amp, vehicle..etc..

the salesman could have heard the 15" MDX in a ported box and the CVR could have been free-air.

why you guys being so hard on the new guy. he is like 15 or something. i think thats what his profile said. anyway he is just happy about his sub. don't you guys remember your first bass. you thought it was the SH** and you wanted everyone to agree and listen to hit. all he wants to hear is "yeah man cool sub"
