anyways... if you think i posted up too many pics in your thread just lemme know and they will be removed
but... great work, i cant wait to see completed pics
if you plan on painting it then yes... bondo works better imoMaybe I should use a bondo like filler instead of the wood filler I've been using. Only two joint lines really showed up. One was on the back and one on bottom is also visible. Neither of them really matter as one will face the floor and another will face a wall. It still makes me mad though.
I think it has more to do with end grain than a non-flush edge.if you plan on painting it then yes... bondo works better imo
also, a flushbit for your router is your friend //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
**** a flushbit! My ends were extremely flush and the end grain was sealed very well. It was the glue line that shows. Maybe I should seal the enclosure with a glue/water mixture after finely sanding everything down and then use bondo on the wood grain or on the entire thing? **** that sounds like a *****. hahaif you plan on painting it then yes... bondo works better imo

ive always used bondo on just the seams... if the glue shows then you didnt used enough primer... i prime, then carfully wetsand... takes time, but worth it in the end**** a flushbit! I used a 1" spacing between cuts (10 cuts total) and it gave about a 6" flare.
