Can i power 6 speaker with a 4 channel helix dsp amp have 2 blam tweeters 2 blam 3” mids in stock tweetter location and 2 8” blams in door in my 2017 Chevy Colorado extra cab looking for sound quality for now ! Also will be adding 2 Jo 10w3-3-2 subs in ported box as soon as I can afford an amp??

No

Probably no good way to run all of those speakers from less than 6 channels. You can get 3 way passive crossovers for pretty cheap on Amazon, go that way and strap that amp to run 2 channel.

You'll need a passive crossover. I'd probably cross the mid somewhere between 3-700hz on the low end. I don't which tweeter you have, but usually 2x the tweeter's FS is a good crossover point.
