Sub cone warm

It’s probably nothing but I have a JL W0 12 and I’m running it with a jd1000/1 and the gain is halfway at 300RMS in a ported box. The cone gets a little warm after about half an hour. Is that normal? I don’t hear clipping or distortion. Im just ocd about stuff

If it's surviving a full half an hour you're probably OK. If the cone feels hot or you start to smell anything funny turn it down and give things a rest to let it cool off.
