that was posted last night and when you hook up a $300 alternator and it doesn't work you get upset plus the bearing or whatever is going out on my stock alt so i need something. you seemed nice over the phone so i hope it works well when it gets back. i have to drive this car from michigan to florida and i want to feel confident it will make it there without me having to do the alt on the side of the highway lol. i just got back from ups and the alternator is on it's way. i sent you an e-mail earlier today when i didn't get ya on the phone so you can disregard that. trust me i was ready to be an *** over the phone if you were gonna tell me you weren't gonna fix it or something like that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I can understand people getting upset when something goes wrong, it is human nature. The only problem is... it gets posted on a forum and now everyone thinks I build junk. One post like this can put someone out of business and I have a wife, a 7 year old girl and a 19 month old baby to take care of (thats my 19 mo. old boy in the pic from a couple of months ago before he went to AA). The guy that started this post - Erick, the wire on his rotor was broken. Nothing that I did wrong on my part but yet he starts this post about me..... ? I will take care of your problem and get it back to you ASAP. Thanks for the understanding. I hope people might look over this post and give me a chance. Take care.

hey nathan i ment no harm by that i just didnt know that you had done refunds or partail refunds in the past the legal action was jsut frustration from the on going threads that i see popping up on forums of there being a lot of bad alts and sorry i thought it had gone back to you twice already sorry again

and yes it has been seven months but the first time i had it on my car after two days it came off and was sent back to you to check the voltage regulator and you ended up replaceing it (the regulator not the whole alt) then i got it back and it still didnt work correctly so it didnt stay on and i sent it back and you said you would replace the whole internals and then i get it back and it appears that it may have been dropped(the internal were rubbing on each other

so this was the third time but not your fault

so i truly appalagize once frustration sets in who knows what you will say

i appreciate all the work you have done. the ease of instalation on my car has saved me a lot of frustration

once again i am upset or at all wanting to turn any Business away from you i actually have another car 1963 chevy ll nova that i hope to have ready for the spring that will need you services

sorry for the rant i hope no offense was taken
This is what happens though :

i got a 2000 chevy silverado and the alt is right on top with nothing in its way...so im assuming its very easy to change....i dont know where to buy my alt now tho after hearing that excessive went downhill.

And People wont buy my alternators because they think I dont build good units and dont care about them after they buy from me. I am the most honest high output alternator builder there is and like I always say I build them like they were going on my vehicle, everyone will run into problems with anything they purchase - it is the customer service that should be judged after the fact.

I will custom build you a 200 amp for $270 or a 250 amp for $340. I will pay the shipping charges on it. It will be a 100% NEW custom built alternator that will bolt on with no modifications.

No Eric, Your rotor wire was not broken - it was the guy that started the thread. Your alternator was damaged through UPS and hopefully they will cover the damages. If not, I will take care of it.
