Yeah, this is the side of it that the customers dont realize. We just have to take the heat. Where are you from, company ? Just curious.

I can build the large case 200 amp for ya' for $275. I have free shipping this month so I will cover the shiping. You will get about 120-130 amps at idle with the 200 amp. I can build up to a 275 amp for that alternator.

I've had a couple of Nate's alt's over the last few years and I've never had any problem whatsoever. The one in my truck now has been taking a beating for about a year and a half now and still puts out exactly what it did the day I bought it. The thing is built like a tank. I was running (8) 3000 watt amps and just (6) 12V batts and that alt never squealed or died...!

I've referred many people to Excessive Amperage because he builds the best alts for the best price and has by far the best customer service. It sucks that one person had a problem and so he started a post like this and could have ruined a great business. I know many people running his alts and they run fine.

Nate sorry to see someone bashing your alts on here man...you know you still have many more people that are satisfied customers and wouldn't switch for any other brand of alt...and your reputation among some of the top names in car audio is solid. If they want to go elsewhere for an alt, let them go...!

That alt is still in my truck today, even though all the amps and stuff are out of it...still runs like a champ.
