Erick, I just received your alternator for the 2nd time - not the 3rd. Why are you acting so upset on the forum but when I talk to you you seem like everything is cool, call me if you have a problem and we can get it taken care of. You said you have not got to use the alternator .... ? You have had if for seven months and when it came to me the first time I shipped it back the next day from when I received it ! Erick - you know I will take care of any problems with my alternators. Did I not pay for shipping cost to get it to you and get it to you fast ? I have been building a lot more alternators and like any growing company - if you put out 20 units and get 1 back it's not as bad. But then you start putting out 100 units and get 5 back (just numbers as an example) then you get 5 people post some stuff on the forums that I am losing it. Dont bust my balls guys. I will take care of any problems that might arise and you all know that. What other company will take the time to check forums and try to help people out and actually talk with you guys ? If I was out to rip people off and not care about them after they buy my alternators, would I take time out of my work day to try to take care of something like this ?
