Would I need a cap

Well, I'm running 180w rms to my FS, and I'll be running 1200-1400 rms to my sub eventually (when I get the amp and sub).

I think I'm going to get a 200amp alt. and I have an Optima Red Top, but on top of that, do I need to run a cap? I just want to cover my bases before I do start running that power.

Thanks for the help.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The only time u need a cap is if your heads cold.

Capacitors are useless in Car Audio. just a marketing ploy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

HAHAHA right....

With the 200amp alt and red top though your not going to need a Cap. Do the big three as well! That always helps out a lot too.

Never owned any products from E-duh, but they have definitely had their share of crappy products in the past. I have to agree with lilmaniac, get something else.
