Im doing a set up in my wifes car. think it would be worth getting this sub as oposed to my 3 10'' powerbass extreme evos? i want her to have a good amount of bass but i dont want to eat up the whole trunk. I would be powering them with a PPI pc2150.

There diffrent the jls sound so much cleaner but the new type r's in a ported box will get louder just not sound as good

My brother has some ma audio 12's for sale he has 3 total but if your looking for just one or 2 let me know. They sound good and get loud. Dont need much power for them neither. I posted a link for sale I can find it with the pics if your interested. 155 plus shipping will get you all 3 of them

wow. kinda weird, lanzar rips off the cone of a diamond, and the basket of an audiobahn, and they charge $130 for it.

sure, it will generate low frequencies, but ill be ****ed if i spend over $50 NIB with full warranty on one.

get a resonant engineering SE12 or a alpine typer 12 for a few bucks more, you will be much happier.

^^ much better deal from VOA, i met him a few times in person - and he is a great guy too boot.

I personaly would not go with the type r though if he is looking to save room. Viper even heard the 2 12' new type r's in a smaller sealed box like 1.5 apeice and they didnt sound that good the ma's I personaly think wear louder in the same box size.
