Why will my sub hit with my radio but with cd/dvd??

SO it will hit with the radio? and not with CD? thats a little wierd, usually the radio gives off less bass, maybe it s setting they ususally ahv edownlaodable user manuals.

maybe your sub level adjustment has settings for both the radio and cd/dvd seperately.

the bass, treble etc should also be seperate for the cd/dvd and the radio

there are 2 different audio controls one for the tuner and one for the dvd/cd and i have the sub on set to 3 on both

Is the amplifier turning-on when you are playing cds?

Do you have a loud setting?. maybe it is set differently to each output. Unless you have non fading...tehn it wouldnt matter.....sounds like an odd problem. Did you get it new or buy it on here?

bought it from reggiewolf on here and the thing is like brand new he only used it for 3 weeks, i mean the thing is mint he never even hooked a sub to it, i thnk the problem may be in the fact that i need a new batt for the remote so i can access system setup and see if there is a feature that needs to be turned on or something

Give it a try.....it seems odd that the radio would have more output than the cd player. Normally it is the exact opposite.
