I guess it depends if you think your child will have *** because condoms are available or if you think they would have *** either way.

Again, it is all in the way they are raised and brought up.

If these children know it is wrong to engage in any ****** activity at that age, the parents or guardians have done a great job raising their kin.

I think that this is something that shoud be left up the parents to take care of and foster, not the schools. This is absurd.
