Were basically saying, "its ok to have ***, even though youre only a child and not even a teenager yet, just use protection."

You hand an 11 year old a condom, theyre going to want to use it. You hand a child birth control, were basically giving them the ok to go ahead and get aids and stds.

I don't think it is validating it at all. It is preventing unwanted consequences of activity that is already occuring.

Why can't we teach abstinence? scare the living shit out of kids, make them think you can get AIDS from even thinking about ***.

Yes.

That is the solution. Lie to the children while in school. Suggesting abstitence is a-ok. But out-and-out lieing is not good at all.
